Enhance your evening at Tablao Flamenco Albuquerque with a chef-curated four-course prix fixe menu, crafted to complement the artistry of flamenco. Our dishes evolve seasonally, showcasing fresh ingredients and new inspirations throughout the year, ensuring that no two visits are ever the same.
Guests may choose between vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, with every dish prepared to deliver the vibrant flavors of Spain. Most of our menu is naturally gluten-free. For a completely gluten-free meal, please choose Mango Sorbet in place of the Olive Oil Cake. We are happy to accommodate allergy requests with advance notice, so every guest can savor the experience with ease and confidence.
Please note: Dinner is included with Friday and Saturday evening shows only. All menu requests must be submitted by 3 PM on the day of your show to ensure a seamless dining experience.
